The EU-Canada Stakeholder Conference on Sustainable Agriculture took place in Brussels on December 5, 2023. 🌱🤝
This event marked the conclusion of a series of workshops organized by EC DG AGRI and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada/ Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada since 2021, fostering dialogue and collaboration within the EU-Canada Dialogue on Agricultural Sustainability. 🌾
🚜🍁 Stakeholders and policymakers reviewed progress, reflecting on achievements and discussing future priorities for the ongoing EU-Canada Dialogue on Agricultural Sustainability.
🌿 The conference provided a platform to take stock of the workshops held since 2021, exploring topics such as soil health, GHG emissions, fertilizers, and pesticides. Katalin Balázs from Planslab represented the BrightSpace Horizon Europe Project at the conference.
