Towards a safe and just operating
space for EU agriculture

BrightSpace presented & discussed at Cluster meeting

The Research & innovation unit of DG AGRI organised a Clustering workshop of Horizon funded EU projects in the topic of “Models and tools supporting agricultural policies” on 22 October in Brussels Belgium.

The main objectives of this clustering workshop are to ensure policy feedback by presenting and discussing the Horizon Europe projects concerned in the topic and their results with policymakers, and foster networking and collaboration between the projects and with policymakers.

Divided into four thematic sessions (1) Introducing new projects supporting policies related to agriculture, (2) R&I evidence on alternative futures for EU agri-food policies, (3) R&I evidence on baseline and projections for EU agriculture, (4) Using modelling for evidence-based policies and effective governance, the workshop will cover a broad spectrum of research and policy development in agriculture.

BrightSpace was introduced by project coordinator Marc Müller in Session 2, followed by a lively discussion with the audience.
