On 23 July 2025, the BrightSpace WP12 WP leaders’ team convened for a coordination meeting to review progress to align on upcoming priorities, refine stakeholder plans, and prepare for key project milestones.
🗓️ Agenda Highlights
- Future Deliverables & Milestones – Teams shared status updates and timelines for upcoming deliverables and the peer review process.
- EAAE Congress, Bonn (26–29 Aug 2025) – a pre-conference dinner is being organised for BrightSpace colleagues
- Stakeholder Engagement – Planning continues for the September Stakeholder Retreat, including finalising the invite list and refining the agenda to ensure robust participation.
- Joint Position Paper – The collaborative position paper—developed with LAMASUS and ACT4CAP27—is in its final stages and will soon be published to guide EU agricultural policy discussions.
- Communication Efforts – The latest newsletter has been released, and a policy brief will follow shortly related to the joint position paper.
- WP Progress Updates – Each WP leader provided a focused update on deliverables, progress, and upcoming milestones.
📌 What’s Next?
- The next Executive Board meeting with all BrightSpace partners is scheduled for 3 September 2025.
- Preparations have begun for Reporting Period 2, ensuring alignment of activities and documentation.
- Planning is underway for the Annual Meeting in Piacenza/Milan (10–12 March 2026).
