The latest WP11 meeting was held online on January 27, 2025, providing key updates on stakeholder engagement, capacity building, communication, and upcoming initiatives.
As part of the stakeholder engagement task, the first meeting of the Task Force Group “Webinar on JOS, 2025” took place on January 13, 2025. It was agreed that an expert consultation webinar will be held in April, in preparation for the stakeholder meeting scheduled for mid-May. The Act4CAP27 project is organizing a stakeholder event, and potential BrightSpace involvement was discussed as an opportunity to engage new stakeholders.
Regarding the capacity building task as part of the Trainings in Modelling, the CAPRI Developer Seminar 2025 will take place on 11-12 March 2025 in Berlin, Germany. The Task Force Group “Master’s Module on AgEcon Modelling“ met on January 17, 2025 and confirmed its intention to propose a modelling module for the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (AFEPA). A new application for AMYRN funding from Bonn has also been approved.
Discussion also focused on the COM-DISS form for reporting communication and dissemination activities. Partners reported good experiences filling it out after receiving guidance and materials.
An initiative is underway to propose an organized session on the definition/specification of Baselines at the EAAE Congress (August 2025, Bonn). Representatives from BrightSpace, LAMASUS, Act4CAP27, STEP UP, and AgEnRes are invited for a discussion panel.
The next WP11 meeting is scheduled for 24 March 24 2025.
