Today’s BrightSpace WP10 meeting focused on preparations for the upcoming Annual Project Meeting, to be held in Cremona from 10–12 March 2026. The discussion centred on strengthening cross–work package coordination to support a smooth transition of knowledge across the project pillars.
In view of the bilateral meetings planned for Cremona, the WP10 discussion focused on how these exchanges can be used most effectively to streamline information flows between Pillars 2 and 3, and within Pillar 3. In particular, the meeting addressed how ongoing work, innovations, and intermediate results from WPs 6 and 7, as well as from WPs 8 and 9, can systematically feed into WP10. As WP10 is responsible for synthesising and translating project outputs into future-oriented storylines and narratives, the discussion helped clarify which substantive elements need to be discussed in Cremona and at what level of detail to ensure coherence across activities.
The outcomes of the WP10 meeting will be consolidated in meeting minutes and communicated to the leaders of all WPs in a dedicated follow-up meeting, supporting alignment across the project ahead of the Annual Project Meeting.
