BrightSpace has successfully completed its second reporting period (RP2) by 30 October 2025, marking another important milestone in the project’s implementation. As previously highlighted during the project’s three-year anniversary, the consortium has continued to deliver its planned activities in line with the project objectives and timelines.
The periodic report for RP2 has been duly submitted to the European Commission, providing a comprehensive overview of the activities undertaken, results achieved, and progress made across all work packages during the reporting period.
Building on this step, we are now preparing for the second review meeting. A preparation online meeting was held on 14 January 2026. The review meeting – scheduled for 22 January 2026 – will be held with the participation of the European Commission’s REA Project Officer and two external reviewers. During the meeting, the consortium will present RP2 activities and key results, reflect on challenges encountered, and outline the mitigation measures implemented to address them.
The upcoming review represents an important opportunity for constructive exchange with the European Commission and independent experts, and for demonstrating the project’s continued relevance, robustness, and contribution to its expected impacts.
